Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and A-DIN GLOBAL (NIG) LTD concerning your access to and use of our website and services. Our Services

A-DIN GLOBAL (NIG) LTD provides the following services:

  • Hajj & Umrah Services: Organization and facilitation of religious pilgrimages to Saudi Arabia
  • Travel & Tours: Travel booking, tour packages, and related travel services
  • General Contracting: Construction and contracting services
  • Merchandise Trading: Import and export of goods and commodities

Booking and Payment Terms

Bookings

All bookings for Hajj, Umrah, and travel services are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email or other official communication channels. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking
  • Payment plans may be available for certain services
  • All payments must be made in the agreed currency
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods
  • Payment deadlines must be strictly observed to maintain your booking

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra services, upgrades, or changes to your booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • Cancellation fees apply and vary based on timing and service type
  • For Hajj/Umrah: Cancellation terms follow Saudi Arabian visa regulations and may result in significant fees
  • For Travel: Airline and hotel cancellation policies apply
  • Non-refundable deposits and fees may apply

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and the terms of the specific service booked. Processing time may take 14-30 business days. Please note that some services are non-refundable, including but not limited to visa fees, processing charges, and certain airline tickets.

Travel Requirements and Documentation

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure you have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity
  • Obtain all necessary visas and travel documents
  • Comply with health and vaccination requirements
  • Provide accurate and complete information for bookings
  • Arrive at departure points on time
  • Follow all instructions from tour guides and service providers
  • Comply with all laws and regulations of countries visited

We will assist with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of visa outcome.

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

A-DIN GLOBAL (NIG) LTD acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third-party providers. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and other potential risks. Travel insurance is mandatory for certain packages and destinations.

Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to travel. For Hajj and Umrah, certain health requirements must be met as mandated by Saudi Arabian authorities. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your travel. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your participation if your health poses a risk to yourself or others.

Conduct and Behavior

All customers are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully towards staff, guides, and other travelers
  • Follow Islamic principles and cultural norms during Hajj and Umrah
  • Comply with local laws and customs of all destinations
  • Not engage in illegal activities or behavior that disrupts others
  • Take responsibility for your personal belongings

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for customers who engage in unacceptable behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A-DIN GLOBAL (NIG) LTD and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Website Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
